Rumour: Chelsea want Porto’s £35m-rated Ruben Neves

Chelsea have joined the race to sign the highly promising Portuguese midfielder Ruben Neves.
The 19-year-old, who currently plays for boyhood club FC Porto, currently has three years left on his current contract.
Neves made his first team debut last season and through a string of impressive showing attracted the attention of a host of European clubs.
The Blues are according to reports leading the for his signature ahead of Liverpool, Juventus and Valencia.
Porto as a response have slapped a £35m price tag on their talent, who's been extensively scouted by Juve since 2014, and the Bianconeri see him filling the void left by Paul Pogba.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are willing to part company with £24m plus a player with add-ons to follow but want an answer from the Portuguese giants by early November whether he can join them in January.
So far this season he's made four appearances and yet to score or create a goal.
