Brighton & Hove Albion vs Preston North End - Dale Stephens back for Brighton

Posted Friday, October 14, 2016 by PA

Brighton can welcome back Dale Stephens for the visit of Preston.

Stephens served a one-match ban during the Seagulls' 2-1 win at Sheffield Wednesday before the international break and is set to step straight back into the side.

However, fellow midfielder Beram Kayal is set to miss out again with an ankle problem.

Wingers Kazenga LuaLua (knee) and Solly March (shin) are still unavailable, although the latter is back in training after 10 months out injured.

The international break has allowed Preston boss Simon Grayson to get some of his injured players back.

Striker Jermaine Beckford and defender Marnick Vermijl, who both missed most of September due to hamstring injuries, are available again as are defenders Tommy Spurr and Liam Grimshaw after illness.

Left-back Greg Cunningham serves a one-match suspension after accumulating five bookings for the season.
