Norwich will check on the fitness of midfielder Robbie Brady and defender Timm Klose ahead of their Sky Bet Championship encounter with Rotherham at Carrow Road.

Brady was carried from the field on a stretcher with a head injury during the Republic of Ireland's World Cup qualifier against Georgia on October 6.

Klose, meanwhile, was substituted at half-time with an ankle injury in Switzerland's qualifying win over Andorra on Monday.

Jonny Howson and Alex Pritchard are options to replace Brady with Sebastien Bassong and Ryan Bennett waiting in the wings should Klose fail to make it.

Rotherham defenders Stephen Kelly and Joe Mattock could both return to contention following injury.

Right-back Kelly has been sidelined for two games with a thigh injury and left-back Mattock missed the home defeat to Newcastle last time out due to a calf strain.

Striker Dexter Blackstrock is pushing for his first start since arriving at the club in early September, but midfielder Tom Adeyemi is not expected to be ready after being forced off against Newcastle due to a calf problem.

Defender Kirk Broadfoot is closing in on a return after a back injury, but will not be making his comeback this weekend.
