Norwich vs Burton - Norwich to ring the changes despite cup heroics

Norwich manager Alex Neil will recall a host of first-team regulars for the visit of Burton to Carrow Road in the Sky Bet Championship.

Neil made 10 changes for Tuesday's 2-0 EFL Cup win over Everton at Goodison Park, with many staking a claim to keep their place.

Forward Steven Naismith, who scored against his former club, could return to the squad for a league game having missed out for the last three matches.

Striker Nelson Oliveira made an impressive debut in midweek but is likely to start on the bench while midfielder Alex Tettey remains a doubt with a hip injury.

Burton boss Nigel Clough was without eight of his first-team players against Brighton last weekend but will definitely have Ben Turner and Chris O'Grady back for the trip to East Anglia.

Defender Turner was suspended while on-loan striker O'Grady sat out the 1-0 defeat as he was ineligible to play against his parent club.

Clough is also hopeful club captain John Mousinho and winger Lucas Akins will come back into contention, although he will err on the side of caution with their hamstring issues.

Damien McCrory and Callum Reilly are still feeling the effects of dead legs while Kyle McFadzean will miss out as he serves the final game of his three-match ban.
