Nice preserved their unbeaten Ligue 1 record with a late equaliser securing a 1-1 draw at Montpellier.
Ryad Boudebouz put Montpellier ahead from the penalty spot after 66 minutes when Malang Sarr was adjudged to have handled in the area.
But Younes Belhanda, who had struck a post in the first half, levelled when he converted substitute Anastasios Donis' pass five minutes from time.
Nice were without new signing Mario Balotelli who scored twice on his Ligue 1 debut against Marseille, but was left out of the squad following a subdued Europa League performance versus German side Schalke on Thursday.
