Hibernian vs Ayr - Hibs boss Lennon targets club record win

Hibernian seek to make it a club-record six consecutive wins in all competitions at home to Ayr.

But Liam Fontaine (calf) and Danny Handling (knee) are both injured and miss the Ladbrokes Championship contest.

Hibs boss Neil Lennon said: "We will create a new club record if we win and that is a major incentive.

"But Ayr have experienced players and a capable manager. They won last weekend which will give them a lot of confidence, so they will be a challenge."

Ayr striker Craig Moore misses out with a head injury, but experienced Gary Harkins should shake off a knock to feature against the league leaders.

"Hibs are in great form and we are massive underdogs," said Ayr manager Ian McCall.

"But we should go out and enjoy it, we will look to be brave and take the game to them.

"Playing at Easter Road in front a big crowd will show everyone that the hard work we put in to get promoted was well worth it."
