Alloa vs Livingston - Wasps could be stung by double injury blow

Alloa have injury doubts over Jason Marr and Steven Hetherington as they look to defeat Livingston and secure an 11th straight victory.

However, Wasps boss Jack Ross reckons that beating Livingston will be difficult as he sees Saturday's visitors as title contenders.

"They are a full time side who have an advantage in terms of preparation for this game," said Ross. "However, our players have been fantastic since the first day of the season and all I can ask them to do is to keep doing what they have been doing.

"Livingston are one of the favourites for the title but this game is too early in the season to have any great significance in the race."

Livingston have on-loan Rangers goalkeeper Liam Kelly back in their ranks after featuring for the Scotland Under-21 side last week to give manager David Hopkin a full squad to choose from.

Hopkin said: "We defeated Celtic's Under-20 side 5-1 last weekend with a great performance, particularly in the first half where we scored all the goals. It was great to bounce back after losing to Queen's Park the week before so we are going to Alloa in a good frame of mind.

"They are doing really well just now but we are looking forward to the challenge of ending their winning run."
