Albion vs Stenhousemuir - Problems mount for Rovers

Albion will be missing Gary Fisher as they look for their first league when Stenhousemuir visit.

The midfielder is getting married and Rovers player/manager Darren Young could be a further four players down as Kevin McCann, Ross Davidson, Paul Archibald and Callum Ferguson are all injured and rated as doubtful.

Young said: "We scored three times against St Mirren last weekend which is very positive however we lost three goals in a nine-minute spell and eventually lost 4-3.

"We cannot afford to dip out of games like that especially in the league as we have not picked up the points we deserve so far."

Stenhousemuir are without the suspended Fraser Kerr as well as Vinnie Berry and Ciaran Summers - who have hamstring injuries.

However, Jim Paterson is available for the first time this season and new signing Willis Alves Furtabo is added after international clearance was received for the French winger.

"I will be making changes after our 7-1 defeat from Queen of the South last weekend as it was a poor display," said Warriors boss Brown Ferguson. "Nothing went right and we need to put it behind us with a good performance and result at Albion Rovers.

"Having Jim available is good news and Willis is a player that gives us something totally different."
