Arsenal are considering a move for Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel as a potential Arsene Wenger replacement, according to the Daily Mirror.
With the Frenchman now entering the final 12 months of his deal with the Gunners, it remains unclear as to whether or not he will stay on in charge.
Despite a spectacular tenure in charge, the 66-year-old has been unable to deliver a Premier League title since the incredible unbeaten season in 2003-04.
The North London giants will reportedly begin to cast their eyes over potential replacements should he leave over the course of the next 12 months.
Bournemouth coach Eddie Howe, who recently convinced Gunners star Jack Wilshere to move to the Cherries on loan, is another understood to be on their short-list.
Tuchel, who took over from Jurgen Klopp, has carried on the latter’s good work in the Bundesliga by crafting a hugely exciting and dynamic team.
The former Mainz coach has been in the job since last summer, though the might of Bayern Munich could make it hard to progress in the Bundesliga.
