Wimbledon vs Chesterfield - Dons trio set to hand boss Ardley fitness boost

Wimbledon manager Neal Ardley will be able to call on three key players for their Sky Bet League One game with Chesterfield on Saturday.

Captain Barry Fuller, who suffered a cut to the shin in the Checkatrade trophy win against Swansea, has suffered no lasting damage and is in contention for a start.

Darius Charles (illness) and Paul Robinson (knee), who both missed the clash with the Swans, are expected to return to the squad. Tom Beere (knee) remains on the sidelines.

Chesterfield boss Danny Wilson can add new signings Tom Anderson and Conor Wilkinson to his squad.

Burnley defender Anderson is back on loan with the Spireites, having enjoyed a successful stint with the club last season, while striker Wilkinson was signed on Wednesday evening on loan from Bolton following the departure of Sylvan Ebanks-Blake to Shrewsbury.

Another change to Wilson's squad saw Charlie Raglan leave to join Oxford on loan, but Chesterfield managed to keep hold of prized asset Gboly Ariyibi, despite a handful of offers from Championship suitors.

The Spireites, who head to London after back-to-back league losses, have no new injury problems, but remain without Tommy Lee (shoulder), Angel Martinez (knee) and Dan Jones (ankle).
