Goalkeeper Hart has become an Etihad outcast after Guardiola axed him from his starting line-up for the start of the new season.

The England No.1 has been left stunned after finding himself on the bench for the opening games against Sunderland and Steaua Bucharest.

But Hart is determined not to be rushed into a decision and will not let Guardiola and his bosses dictate his next move.

It is understood Hart would prefer to join another club on a 12-month loan deal to give him time to consider his options.

Everton, Liverpool and Sevilla are all interested in signing Hart, with Guardiola keen to off-load him to the highest bidder before this month’s transfer window closes.

Hart’s place in the England team is also under threat following his woeful performances at Euro 2016 and he knows his next move will be the biggest and most important one of his career.

Guardiola has serious reservations about Hart’s footwork and is willing to sell him after lining up Barcelona’s Claudio Bravo as his replacement.

The Spanish boss has decided Hart, 29, does not fit into his first-team plans because he doesn’t have the passing skills he requires from a sweeper keeper.

Hart’s relationship with Guardiola has broken down and the pair have not got on since pre-season training started.

But Hart is prepared to dig his heels in and refuse to leave on a permanent basis in this transfer window.

He wants to think long and hard about what move would be the best for him and his young family.

Hart married fiancé Kimberly Crew in Florence last summer and the couple have a two-year-old son called Harlow.

Etihad chairman Khaldoon Al-Mubarak values Hart in the £25m bracket, but would accept closer to £20m if it meant getting him off the books.

Hart wants to secure regular first team football at a club that is in Europe and would be left devastated if new England boss Sam Allardyce axed him as well.

Allardyce has concerned about Hart’s confidence in the wake of the Euros and knows he has strong back-up in the shape of Jack Butland and Fraser Forster.

The Toffees remain favourites to take Hart, with one possibility being that Ronald Koeman signs him on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent deal.

Farhad Moshiri, the new major shareholder at Goodison Park, has promised Koeman major funds to spend and would be willing to meet Hart’s wages of £100,000-a-week.

Guardiola, meanwhile, is poised to step-up his bid to land Chile international Bravo in a deal that could cost City close to £20m.
