Milton Keynes Dons vs Bradford AFC - MK Dons could make no changes for Bradford clash
Posted Tuesday, August 16, 2016 by PA
MK Dons could have an unchanged squad for the visit of Bradford.
Chuks Aneke and Ben Reeves will probably not be ready to join the squad while Dean Bowditch and Scott Wootton are currently only fit enough to be on the bench.
However, summer signing Wootton is nearing full fitness after missing pre-season training and the former Leeds and Manchester United centre-back is expected to go straight into the starting line up when he is ready.
Midfielder Samir Carruthers suffered a groin injury on the opening day of the season but it is hoped he might be involved again at the weekend.
Bradford pair James Hanson and Tony McMahon will both have late fitness tests before kick-off.
Striker Hanson is nursing a tight calf following Saturday's 1-0 win at Peterborough and defender McMahon sustained a knock, but both hope to start.
Summer signing Timothee Dieng is making good progress in his bid to shake off the calf strain that has delayed his competitive debut for the club, but may have to wait until Saturday's home game against Coventry.
Winger Filipe Morais is not expected to feature after missing out at the weekend due to a thigh injury.
