Aston Villa vs Huddersfield Town - Roberto Di Matteo could stick with the same winning Villa side

Aston Villa could be unchanged for the visit of Huddersfield on Tuesday.

Roberto Di Matteo claimed his first win as manager - and Villa's first victory for six months - when they beat Rotherham 3-0 on Saturday.

Nathan Baker may return after he missed the win over the Millers with a head injury suffered in the 3-1 EFL Cup defeat to Luton last week.

Huddersfield midfielder Dean Whitehead returns to contention after sitting out a three-game ban carried over from last season.

Whitehead, charged with violent conduct following Town's 5-1 defeat at Brentford on the final day, may have to settle for a place on the bench as David Wagner's side chases a third straight win.

Fellow midfielder Philip Billing (ankle) and forward Harry Bunn (hamstring) both returned to full training on Sunday but are not expected to be included.

Joe Murphy (shoulder) remains sidelined so Danny Ward will continue in goal as Huddersfield bid to maintain their 100 per cent start in the Sky Bet Championship.
