Defender Kevin McCann could make his Albion Rovers debut during the visit of Brechin City.

Scott McBride, however, is missing due to a knee injury.

Player-manager Darren Young said: "The players showed a lot of spirit to come from behind twice to get a point at East Fife. It would be great to see us use that spirit to get ahead and see where that takes us.

"Our record against Brechin City was good last season, however they are an improved side and this will be a tricky game to win."

Brechin welcome back Paul McLean after a knee injury but Gary Fusco is again missing due to work commitments and Darren McCormack is an injury doubt.

Player- manager Darren Dods said: "Last season we lost our first six league games and were playing catch-up right until the final week.

"This season we have already won the first game by beating Stenhousemuir last weekend and winning this one would make us feel a million miles away from where we were a year ago.

"Albion were a bit of a bogey side to us last season and it would be good to put that right as well by winning this game."
