Raith Rovers vs St. Mirren - Keeper Cuthbert a concern for Raith

Raith have doubts over the fitness of goalkeeper Kevin Cuthbert ahead of the visit of St Mirren to Stark's Park.

Cuthbert is nursing a dead leg so on-loan Aberdeen youngster Aaron Lennox could be set to deputise between the posts.

Rovers will again be without Craig Barr (groin) while Iain Davidson and Scott Robertson both face fitness tests.

"We got off to a great start with a win at Ayr United last weekend and picking up another three points from St Mirren would be terrific," said Raith boss Gary Locke. "It will be difficult as they have added a lot of fire power that we will need to keep quiet."

The fit again Gary MacKenzie and Ben Gordon are added to the St Mirren squad but Rocco Quinn again misses out with a knee injury.

"We did not play at our best against Morton last weekend however the players stuck to the task and we secured a point," said St Mirren manager Alex Rae. "They showed a terrific attitude to do that but I would like us to be on the front foot more in this game, especially as Raith will be on a high after getting a good win at Ayr last weekend.

"Picking up the three points will be far from easy however we can do it."
