Monchengladbach keen to buy Chelsea’s Christensen
VfL Borussia Mönchengladbach are making no secret of the fact that they hope to sign Andreas Christensen from Chelsea on a permanent deal.

The defender, who is midway through a two-year loan spell, featured in 31 games in the Bundesliga for Monchengladbach last season, netting three goals. At Chelsea, he made only one appearance.
Monchengladbach Sporting Director Max Eberl has made it clear that his side would like to sign the 20-year-old Danish international outright.
"We absolutely want to sign him. Now it depends on money," he was quoted as saying on the Evening Standard website.
New Blues boss Antonio Conte has already reportedly rejected a £14.5million bid for Christensen.
However, Monchengladbach's progression in the Champions League against Young Boys should assist their financial situation.
