Pogba: My mother told me I'd come back to Manchester United

Having left Manchester United as a teenager, Paul Pogba has revealed that his mother believed he would always end up back at Old Trafford.

"I think it's destiny, I would say it's destiny," said Pogba on MUTV."First my mum told me I would come back here and I told her, 'You never know, you'll see.' For myself as well it's a big challenge too, just to come back to where I came from, where I grew up, where I started.

"I didn't finish what I started here so I think I came here to finish it."

Leaving Juventus after winning a number of Serie A, Coppa Italia, and Supercopa Italiana titles, the French midfielder can look forward to starting the campaign away to Bournemouth on August 14.
