Bradford AFC vs Port Vale - Bantams looking strong for Vale opener

Bradford should be at full strength for their season-opener against Port Vale.
Nathan Clarke has suffered no lasting effects from the clash of heads which saw him need stitches in the last pre-season friendly against Carlisle.
Boss Stuart McCall has a number of new signings to introduce into his side after the arrival of veteran defender Matt Kilgallon on Monday.
Romain Vincelot, Jordy Hiwula, Timothee Dieng, Colin Doyle, Nathaniel Knight-Percival and Nicky Law will also be hoping to make their competitive debuts.
A new era for Vale begins at Valley Parade with Bruno Ribeiro's first competitive game as manager.
During the summer the Valiants have signed 10 players from Portugal, Holland, Norway and France in arguably the most radical change to the club's transfer policy in its history, as well as adding Jerome Thomas and Anton Forrester to their ranks.
All those new arrivals are in contention for debuts on Saturday with the exception of Kiko (Achilles) so central defender Kjell Knops could fill in at left-back in his absence.
Full-back Adam Yates will miss the majority of the campaign after a scan during pre-season revealed he had a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament, an injury surgeons believe he could have been playing with for around a year.
