Leicester City captain Wes Morgan admits the loss of N'golo Kante was a bitter blow to the English Premier League Champions but feels the squad has to move on.
Kante joined Chelsea in the off-season for a reported fee of £32million ending an unbelievable one season stay with Claudio Ranier's side after signing from French outfit Caen for for just £5.6million.
The France international's industrious performances alongside Danny Drinkwater led the Foxes to the title as he forged a reputation as one of the best defensive midfielder's in the Premier League.
Morgan lamented the loss of their star midfielder but concedes the exit of a few players were expected following last season's heroics.
"I'm sure it's expected, we won the league and the bigger teams are going to try and poach our best players," he told ESPN.
"You know, as a player, you can't really take much notice to that. We just have to do what we do best. Get on the training field, try and train and keep focus on our job.
"Yeah, there is going to be speculation and it's sad to see N'Golo Kante go, but we've got new players in now and everyone is settled in well and we're just training hard and looking forward to the season."
