Arsenal enter race for Subotic

Subotic was given permission by the Bundesliga runners-up to miss pre-season training to negotiate with potential suitors who are keen on signing him.
According to German media, Stoke, Middlesbrough and Sunderland are the English teams that have enquired about his services while German sides FC Koln and Hamburg are also believed to be in the running.
The 27-year-old is reportedly set to undergo a medical with the Billy Goats this week but the late move from the Gunners could well put the deal on hold.
The Serbia international only made six league appearances last season after falling out of favour with Dortmund head coach Thomas Tuchel during an injury-ravaged campaign.
