But the Manchester Evening News claim three top targets are clients of Raiola.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one man the Red Devils are looking to sign, while Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are also represented by the super-agent.
The reports claim the Sweden striker is the centre of a battle between United and Bayern Munich but the Special One is determined to convince the 34-year-old to join.
The emergence of interest from the German giants could spark a bidding war an agent like Raiola thrives upon.
He also holds the key to Pogba rejoining United, four years after losing the France star on a free transfer to Juventus.
And Borussia Dortmund ace Mkhitaryan completes the trio of Raiola's clients on the Red Devils wanted list.
The agent made a statement earlier this week, describing United as "a unique opportunity" for the Armenian ace.
Raiola was the man who unleashed Mario Balotelli on the Premier League and he also represents Everton hitman Romelu Lukaku.
