Hammers bid for Bacca

According to reports from Sky Sports, West Ham have launched a £15million transfer bid for AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca.
The Colombian international moved to the San Siro only last summer in a £21.3m transfer from Sevilla and has gone on to bag 20 goals in 42 appearances across all competitions - including 18 strikes in Serie A.
But it appears the Italian giants are open to cashing in on the 29-year-old this summer, with Sky Sports claiming they're prepared to sell for around £19million.
West Ham have made no secret of their intentions to sign a top-class striker during the summer transfer window, with failed bids for Lyon's Alexandre Lacazette and Bournemouth frontman Calum Chambers already public knowledge.
And the Hammers are believed to have now tabled an offer for Bacca, albeit slightly below Milan's valuation at £15million - the exact fee the east Londoners paid for club-record signing Andy Carroll in summer 2013.
It is unknown whether the Serie A side have accepted or rejected the bid.
