AFC Wimbledon vs Accrington Stanley - Connor Smith set to boost AFC Wimbledon

Connor Smith is expected to be fit for AFC Wimbledon's Sky Bet League Two play-off semi-final first leg against Accrington.

The midfielder was stretchered off with a neck injury against Newport last weekend but has returned to training and should be available for selection on Saturday.

Dons boss Neal Ardley also has doubts over a couple of players struggling with niggles but did not reveal names.

Other than that, Wimbledon, who have spent the last five seasons in the Football League, have no new selection worries.

Accrington will continue to be without influential midfielder Matt Crooks.

The Rangers-bound 22-year-old has had an operation on an ankle injury sustained in March.

Boss John Coleman will be able to use loanees Tariqe Fosu, Brad Halliday, Andy Little and Joe Wright for the duration of their play-off campaign.

Midfielder Scott Brown (hamstring) returned as a substitute against Stevenage last weekend and could feature.
