Napoli vs Frosinone - Napoli coach warns against final slip-up against Frosinone

Maurizio Sarri has urged Napoli to vault the "last hurdle" and secure direct entry to the Champions League group stage by beating Frosinone on the final weekend of the Serie A season.
The Azzurri must beat relegated Frosinone at the Stadio San Paolo to avoid being caught by third-placed Roma, who are in remarkable league form and boast a superior head-to-head record.
Napoli last finished as runners-up in 2013 and, after once again missing the chance to win a first Scudetto since 1990, Sarri is looking to a future in which his Napoli side can finally usurp Juventus.
"We have to remain absolutely focused on Saturday's match against Frosinone because we must overcome this last hurdle," he told sscnapoli.it.
"We have clocked up some impressive numbers this season and we have to translate those into an achievement of finishing second, which would be extraordinary.
"Allowing ourselves to be distracted now would be unforgivable.
"I have already said that this team is first in terms of many statistics - in those terms we're not inferior to anyone.
"But we are only in the first year of this project and still have room to improve."
Saturday evening's encounter offers Gonzalo Higuain one last opportunity to beat or at least match the Serie A scoring record set by Gunnar Nordahl in 1950.
The Swede notched 35 times in one season for AC Milan and 66 years later Higuain has plundered 33 goals across a remarkable campaign.
Sarri added of the former Real Madrid striker: "Higuain is a phenomenon.
"His 33 goals have filled us with joy but what also gives us great satisfaction is that he's helped us break Napoli's all-time points record. That means the whole team have been exceptional."
Raul Albiol will miss the game through suspension while visiting goalkeeper Francesco Bardi has likely played his last top-flight game for the Canarini after suffering an injury against Sassuolo.
That 1-0 home defeat may have consigned the southern club to an immediate return to Serie B but boss Roberto Stellone is optimistic about the future.
"We're bowing out with our heads held high," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Our fans have certainly proved that they're Serie A quality. I never thought the team would be applauded off the pitch in that way having just been relegated.
"The team gave their heart and soul all year long and that fills me with pride."
