Clyde vs Queen's Park - Double doubt for Clyde ahead of Queen's Park clash

Clyde have doubts over Mark McLaughlin and Ross Millen ahead of the play-off final first leg with Queen's Park.

A groin injury continues to keep Scott Durie out with Brian McQueen, Jon-Paul McGovern and Scott Ferguson missing due to knee problems.

A minute's silence will be held before kick-off as a mark of respect for Chris Mitchell who died on Friday aged 27 just three months after leaving the Bully Wee, with manager Barry Ferguson saying: "We will look to put on a performance to make Chris and his family proud.

"Queen's Park are a good side but we have hit high standards recently and want to repeat them."

Queen's Park will be missing striker Chris Duggan after he suffered a hamstring injury as the Spiders saw off the challenge of Cowdenbeath on Saturday.

Also out are the injured Tony Quinn (hip), Jamie McKernon (foot) and Kenny MacKay (thigh) with head coach Gus MacPherson looking for his men to continue standing strong away from home.

MacPherson said: "In our last league game we had to ensure Annan didn't defeat us by two goals and then at Cowdenbeath we had to defend a play-off lead.

"We will be under a lot of pressure at Clyde and we need our players to be resilient all night long."
