Bolton Wanderers vs Hull City - Jimmy Phillips set to make changes to Bolton line-up

Posted Thursday, April 28, 2016 by PA

Bolton's interim boss Jimmy Phillips is expected to make changes for his side's final home game of the season against Hull on Saturday.

Mark Davies is set to return after a knee injury while Gary Madine could also feature after missing six games with a hip problem.

Niall Maher is suspended for the game and youngster Tyler Garratt could step in for his full debut in defence.

Brazilian Wellington Silva will not be fit but could play in the last match of the season at Fulham.

Hull midfielder David Meyler will miss the trip.

Steve Bruce's side are already casting their eyes towards their play-off bid but Ireland international Meyler is doubtful for that too, creating an opportunity for Isaac Hayden.

Abel Hernandez, Tom Huddlestone, Curtis Davies, Robert Snodgrass and Allan McGregor are among those hoping to return to the starting XI after a break.

Captain Michael Dawson has missed four games with a calf injury but has been back in training and is close to a comeback.
