Fleetwood Town vs Blackpool - Ameobi desperate to make Fleetwood's derby

Shola Ameobi is determined to be fit for Fleetwood's crunch bottom-of-the-table clash with neighbours Blackpool at Highbury.
The striker, who earned cult-hero status in Newcastle for his ability to score against rivals Sunderland, has not played in over a month because of a hamstring injury but hoped to train on Thursday and Friday to put himself in contention for the Cod Army's first home league clash with the Seasiders.
Defender Joe Davis (ankle) travelled to Millwall on Tuesday night, though he was still not able to make the squad.
Ex-Blackpool defender Bob Harris (toe) and Danny Andrew (knee) remain sidelined.
Neil McDonald revealed he had selected his Blackpool side for this fixture on Tuesday.
The Seasiders were not in action in midweek, when Fleetwood and Shrewsbury both lost, so McDonald has been working with his preferred XI with the club's Fylde coast neighbours in mind.
Defender Hayden White will need to be assessed after a knock forced him to miss out against Rochdale, while McDonald has also suggested changes will be afoot following that 3-0 defeat.
McDonald's only injury absentee has been midfielder Henry Cameron, whose season was ended by a knee injury.
