Port Vale vs Rochdale: Anthony Grant banned for Vale's date with Dale

Port Vale will be without midfielder Anthony Grant for Saturday's Sky Bet League One home clash with Rochdale.

Having picked up his 15th yellow card of the season in last weekend's 2-0 win at Gillingham, Grant has been handed a three-match suspension.

That means his campaign is over as 12th-placed Vale have only three fixtures left to play.

Rob Page's men entertain Dale looking to record a third consecutive victory.

Rochdale have Calvin Andrew back in the ranks after a lengthy absence.

The striker was missing for nine weeks with a foot injury but returned to first-team action with a 10-minute cameo off the bench against Gillingham on Tuesday.

Fellow striker Ian Henderson is also back after serving a four-game ban.

Dale go into the match in eighth place - four points away from the play-off places and level with Sheffield United and Scunthorpe.
