Sofiane Boufal netted a hat-trick as Lille kept alive their hopes of European qualification with a 4-2 win at 10-man GFC Ajaccio.

Lille took an early lead when Boufal acrobatically volleyed beyond Clement Maury but the visitors levelled matters before the break thanks to Gregory Pujol's superbly taken strike.

Ajaccio had to see out the last 20 minutes or so with 10 men when Roderic Fillippi was sent off for a professional foul before Boufal grabbed his second and third of the game to hand the visitors a two-goal lead on 84 minutes.

Alassane Toure made it 3-2 just moments later, heading home to offer Ajaccio hope, but Pablo Martinez put through his own net with three minutes to play, ensuring a maximum points haul for Lille.
