Wycombe Wanderers 1 - 1 Barnet: Andy Yiadom's equaliser dents Wycombe's play-off hopes

Andy Yiadom's equaliser dealt Wycombe's Sky Bet League Two play-off chances a blow as Barnet came from behind to secure a 1-1 draw at Adams Park.

Paul Hayes had given Wycombe the lead just before the hour mark but Yiadom found the net from six yards out to stop the Chairboys moving level with seventh-placed AFC Wimbledon.

Wycombe nearly took the lead on 10 minutes when Aaron Pierre nodded Sido Jombati's cross just wide of the post.

John Akinde netted twice for Barnet last weekend and almost scored again on 25 minutes but his header was comfortable for Ryan Allsop.

Bournemouth loanee Allsop then kept the hosts in the game with a fine double save to deny Akinde and Yiadom after the break.

And Hayes was gifted his fifth of the season up the other end soon after when Michael Harriman's deflected header fell kindly for the Wycombe captain to lash home.

But with 18 minutes left Barnet were level after a great bursting run from Elliot Johnson found Yiadom from close range.
