Brentford vs Bristol City - Brentford missing Alan Judge for visit of Bristol City
Posted Thursday, April 14, 2016 by PA
Brentford are missing midfielder Alan Judge for their Sky Bet Championship match against Bristol City after he underwent surgery on a broken leg.
No timeline has been set for his recovery from the fracture sustained in the 3-1 victory over Ipswich, but an injury described as "significant" by the club will rule him out of the remainder of season.
The loan spell of Leandro Rodriguez has been ended due to his ongoing hamstring complaint.
The Uruguay marksman has started only two matches since his arrival in March and the decision has been made for him to return to Everton.
Bristol City could be without striker Aaron Wilbraham again.
Seven-goal Wilbraham missed the emphatic 4-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday last weekend with a calf problem and is waiting on scan results to discover the extent of the injury.
Lee Tomlin was forced off at half-time against Wednesday with a bruised shin, but the on-loan midfielder has recovered and will play as City seek a win which could secure their Championship status.
Goalkeeper Frank Fielding has been ruled out for the rest of the season with ankle ligament damage, and teenager Max O'Leary will provide cover for Richard O'Donnell after being recalled from a loan spell at Kidderminster.
