Greenock Morton 2 - 1 Livingston: Morton get back to winning ways

Morton got back to winning ways in the Ladbrokes Championship after fighting from a goal down at home to beat Livingston 2-1.

Livingston suffered an early blow when defender Ben Gordon was forced off with an injury - replaced by Morgyn Neill - and while Morton hit the bar through a Joe McKee volley, the visitors were a goal ahead when Sam Stanton's superb run eventually led to a cool finish from Jordan White.

However, Morton were level early in the second half as Denny Johnstone scored from the spot after Darren Cole had fouled Alex Samuel and the game then opened up.

Nine minutes from time Thomas O'Ware completed the Morton turnaround, heading home from six yards off a corner, with Livingston twice denied an equaliser, first thanks to a goal-line clearance from Luca Gasparotto before the offside flag meant White's effort was ruled out.
