Huddersfield Town vs Hull City - James Husband back in contention for Huddersfield against Hull
Posted Friday, April 08, 2016 by PA
Huddersfield's on-loan defender James Husband will return to contention for the home game against Hull.
The left-back did not play against parent club Middlesbrough in Tuesday night's 3-0 defeat at the Riverside but could be back in the starting line-up for the last game of his loan spell.
Winger Rajiv van La Parra is pushing for a recall to the starting line-up along with midfielder Philip Billing and forward Sean Scannell.
Midfielders Jonathan Hogg (knee) and Kyle Dempsey (calf) remain sidelined as the Terriers bid to avoid a third straight defeat.
Hull duo Moses Odubajo and Nick Powell could be joined by several others on the sidelines this weekend.
Right-back Odubajo serves a one-match ban at the John Smith's Stadium following his red card in the midweek humbling at Derby.
On-loan Manchester United midfielder Powell will again be absent for the Tigers after sustaining a fresh thigh injury.
Hull boss Steve Bruce could also be without Sone Aluko, Harry Maguire and Sam Clucas after confirming the trio were injury doubts on the eve of the game.
