Jimmy Abdou could return to the Millwall starting line-up for the visit of Shrewsbury.
The midfielder was an unused substitute during the goalless draw with Colchester last weekend after returning from international duty with Comoros suffering from flu.
Skipper Tony Craig is close to returning after five months out with a knee problem but he probably needs more reserve games.
Fellow defender Shaun Cummings remains sidelined by a long-term knee injury.
Shrewsbury's Junior Brown has been ruled out for two months with ligament damage to his left knee.
The left-back limped off 51 minutes into Saturday's 5-1 home defeat to Wigan and will spend the rest of the season rehabilitating.
Mat Sadler is likely to deputise for the Shrews as they look to stay clear of the relegation zone.
James Wesolowski, who has been sidelined for much of the season with a knee injury, could feature after regaining full fitness.
