Unsettled Chelsea striker Diego Costa is ready to consider a switch to China if he cannot get his preferred move to Atletico Madrid in the summer, according to The Telegraph.
Costa has become unhappy with life at Stamford Bridge and is keen to depart once the season ends, despite the appointment of new boss Antonio Conte.
The 27-year-old hopes to return to Atletico, whom he left to join Chelsea in 2014, but is now prepared to discuss moves to China if the Spanish outfit cannot afford him.
Atletico president Enrique Cerezo told Al Primer Toque Onda Cero earlier this month that Chelsea are “almost impossible” to deal with, meaning re-signing Costa seems highly unlikely.
