Cowdenbeath vs Ayr Utd. - Injured duo out for Cowdenbeath

Cowdenbeath miss the injured Jamie Sneddon (thigh) and Fraser Kerr (hand) as they look to build on their win over Peterhead last week by seeing off visitors Ayr United.

Manager Colin Nish said: "The boys worked really hard at Balmoor and managed to get the win that lifted us two places in the table. It would be terrific to add another three points and keep ourselves away from the bottom two spaces.

"Ayr are coming here with their place in the promotion play-offs secured but that does not make our job any easier.

"They will not be slacking off as they will want to finish in second place."

The Honest Men add Nicky Devlin and Ross Docherty after suspension with Ross McCrorie also available after a head knock.

Missing for the Somerset Park side are the injured Paddy Boyle (head) and Brian Gilmour (ankle) with Craig Moore ruled out through suspension.

Manager Ian McCall said: "Cowdenbeath had a great win at Peterhead and they also beat us on our last visit to Central Park so they are a capable outfit in a league where every game is competitive.

"We may have hit one target this season however we have plenty still to play for as we want to earn as many points as possible."
