Raith Rovers welcome Harry Panayiotou back in their ranks to face a Rangers side, who could be crowned Champions with a win.
On-loan Leicester City striker Panayiotou returns from international duty in the Caribbean Cup with St Nevis and Kitts.
Rangers on-loan striker Ryan Hardie cannot play with manager Ray McKinnon also without the injured David Bates (calf), Lewis Vaughan (knee), Scott Robertson (groin) and Mark Stewart (ankle).
Manager Ray McKinnon said: "Harry is available however I will need to check how he is as has played two international games in the past week. A win would take us really close to the play-offs and that would be a terrific achievement."
Barrie McKay and Billy King both return to the Rangers squad for Saturday's trip.
The young wingers missed last weekend's 4-3 win over Queen of the South due to international duty with Scotland's Under-21s and are joined in the squad by Gedion Zelalem, who has shaken off a knee injury.
Leading goalscorer Martyn Waghorn (knee) hopes to back before this month's William Hill Scottish Cup semi-final with Celtic but David Templeton (knee) remains sidelined.
