The Express reports that Kane's new contract could be worth £100k-a-week after various bonuses, despite only signing his most recent contract 12 months ago.
Real Madrid and Manchester United are thought to be interested in the England forward, who scored his 21st Premier League goal of the season at the weekend vs Bournemouth, equalling his tally from last season.
Daniel Levy is also keen to tie down manager Mauricio Pochettino, with the Argentine set for a pay rise to £3.5million per year.
Tottenham have also offered Christian Eriksen a new deal, but the Dane wants the club to secure UEFA Champions League qualification before committing.
Jan Vertonghen is too expected to sign a new £55,000 a week deal, following in the foot-steps of fellow Belgian Mousa Dembele.
