Yeovil manager Darren Way hopes new signing Liam Shephard will be available to face Carlisle at Huish Park on Friday.

The 21-year-old defender signed on loan from Barclays Premier League side Swansea on Thursday's deadline.

The Glovers have no fresh injury or suspension worries but forward Brandon Goodship has extended his stay with the Glovers until the end of the season.

Wes Fogden, Jordan Gibbons and Omar Sowunmi remain on the sidelines with long-term injuries.

Brandon Comley could play some part for Carlisle after they extended the QPR midfielder's loan stay until the end of the season.

On-loan Sunderland midfielder Martin Smith may also feature. He came on as a second-half substitute in the 1-1 draw with Wycombe after signing on loan for the remainder of the season.

Reading's Jack Stacey has also joined the Cumbrians on loan until the end of the campaign and is available for selection.

Carlisle currently sit 11th in the Sky Bet League Two table with 53 points.
