Jack Stephens is with the England Under-21 squad while Adam Armstrong (England Under-19s) and James Maddison (England Under-20s) are also unavailable.
Chris Stokes is also out with a knee injury while Peter Ramage has been allowed to join Leyton Orient on loan but right-back Martin Lorentzson is available again after being forced off against Swindon with cramp.
