Posted Thursday, March 24, 2016 by PA

Peterborough have five players absent on international duty when they host Coventry in Sky Bet League One.

Defenders Michael Smith and Gabriel Zakuani are on senior international duty with Northern Ireland and DR Congo, respectively.

Kgosi Ntlhe, another defender, is on duty with South Africa Under-23s, forward Martin Samuelsen is away with Norway Under-21s and on-loan Norwich midfielder Harry Toffolo is away with England Under-20s.

The only injury absentees are midfielder Jermaine Anderson and striker Joe Gormley, who are both out for the season with serious knee injuries.

Coventry are without a trio of internationals for the trip to London Road.

Jack Stephens is with the England Under-21 squad while Adam Armstrong (England Under-19s) and James Maddison (England Under-20s) are also unavailable.

Chris Stokes is also out with a knee injury while Peter Ramage has been allowed to join Leyton Orient on loan but right-back Martin Lorentzson is available again after being forced off against Swindon with cramp.

Lee Burge (shoulder) and Reda Johnson (hamstring) remain out for boss Tony Mowbray.
