Caen 2 - 1 ES Troyes AC: Ronny Rodelin keeps Caen's Champions League challenge going

Posted Sunday, March 20, 2016 by PA

Caen remain in contention for a top three finish in Ligue 1 after coming from behind to beat bottom club Troyes 2-1.

Troyes got off to the perfect start when Xavier Thiago nodded in at the far post from a 22nd-minute Benjamin Nivet corner.

Caen were level 13 minutes later through their own set piece routine, Alaeddine Yahia heading in from Julien Feret's corner.

The Normandy club then completed the turnaround eight minutes into the second half when Ronny Rodelin headed home Jordan Leborgne's flighted through ball.

Troyes could be relegated this weekend if Ajaccio beat Nice while sixth-placed Caen are two points off third.
