Brechin City 2 - 1 Albion Rovers FC: Late strike from Liam Coogans hands Brechin vital win

Liam Coogans climbed off the bench to score a late winner for Brechin as they moved off the bottom of the table with a 2-1 victory against Albion.
It looked like Alistair Coul's early strike would be enough to give the visitors a first victory in six games but they were denied first by Roberts Thomson's equaliser and then by Coogan's effort.
It was a fourth straight success for Darren Dods' team and they go above Cowdenbeath and level on points with Forfar.
Coul collected a pass from Spas Georgiev to net a left-foot shot after 11 minutes. Lewis Spence and player-boss Dods had chances to equalise before half-time but missed the target.
Chances were few and far between but Thomson' rising left-foot shot got Brechin level after 80 minutes before he then set up Coogans to win it with four minutes remaining.
