Stenhousemuir vs Peterhead - McCabe returns for Stenhousemuir

Stenhousemuir will welcome back on-loan Celtic goalkeeper Colin McCabe when Peterhead visit.

Alan Cook is suspended after being sent off at Ayr United on Tuesday night.

Jon Robertson should shake off a knock to feature but Kieran Millar is a doubt with Allan Smith already ruled out due to a groin problem.

Manager Brown Ferguson said: "We lost 5-0 to Dunfermline last weekend and played poorly. We went down 4-1 at Ayr but it was a much better performance and we were giving as good as we were getting until Alan was sent off at 1-1.

"We beat Peterhead on their last visit and it would be great to repeat that."

Peterhead welcome back Steven Noble and Ally Gilchrist from suspension and Leighton McIntosh is expected to return after an ankle injury.

Simon Ferry and Rory McAllister are banned with manager Jim McInally looking for better from his side after their 16-game unbeaten run almost came unstuck at Albion Rovers last weekend.

McInally said: "They were better than us and the only positive is that we kept on pushing for an equaliser.

"The last game we lost was at Stenhousemuir when we let a three-goal lead slip. We know how dangerous they can be."
