Luton Town vs Crawley Town - Jake Howells still out for Luton

Posted Thursday, March 10, 2016 by PA

Luton will be without the services of Jake Howells once again for the visit of Crawley in Sky Bet League Two as they continue to fight for a play-off spot.

The left-back will require a scan to reveal the full extent of his knee injury.

Dan Potts will deputise again having performed well in last Saturday's 1-0 win at Leyton Orient - the Hatters' fourth victory in a row.

Nathan Doyle and Josh McQuoid are both still suffering the effects of knee injuries.

Wolves loanee Liam McAlinden could make his Crawley bow at Kenilworth Road.

The striker was the first signing the club have made since new owner Ziya Eren took the reins.

Midfielder Luke Rooney has moved to American side Arizona United after the club agreed to terminate his contract.

Fellow midfielder Chris Atkinson has also departed - returning to parent club Crewe after a loan spell.
