Bristol Rovers vs Mansfield Town - Billy Bodin could be back for Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers striker Billy Bodin hopes to recover from illness in time to rejoin the Pirates' promotion push.

Bodin missed Rovers' third straight Sky Bet League Two win in midweek - a 3-1 win against AFC Wimbledon taking them into fifth place - but the six-goal striker could be available for Mansfield's visit to the Memorial Stadium.

Striker Oliver McBurnie, on loan from Swansea, will be included again after making his debut as a substitute on Tuesday, especially as Rory Gaffney (hamstring) and Ellis Harrison (ankle) continue to struggle for fitness.

Liam Lawrence (calf) could remain on the sidelines alongside fellow midfielder Stuart Sinclair (groin).

Defender Krystian Pearce is available for selection after serving a two-match ban as Mansfield look to get their play-off push back on track.

Pearce was sent off for the second time this season in Mansfield's 3-2 win over Dagenham and Redbridge and the Stags have suffered in his absence, slipping to 1-0 defeats to Newport and Yeovil.

Midfielder Matty Blair could also return to action after missing the home defeat to the Glovers through illness.

Manager Adam Murray has the option to make changes with Adi Yussuf, Sean Kavanagh and Jack Thomas hoping for a place in the starting XI after coming off the bench last weekend.
