Jose Mourinho wants to make Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi his first signing as Manchester United manager.
The Daily Star Sunday says the former Chelsea boss is a big fan of the Inter Milan captain and would push for a £31million move to bring him to Manchester United.
The Argentina striker has scored 42 goals in 82 Serie A appearances since breaking into the Inter first team in 2013.
The Italian club's Indonesian owner Erick Thohir will not sell the popular Icardi cheaply, though, and will not begin negotiations until an offer over £30m is received.
