Milton Keynes Dons vs Queens Park Rangers - Martin set to return in goal for Dons

Posted Thursday, March 03, 2016 by PA

David Martin could return in goal for MK Dons against QPR.

USA Under-23 international Cody Cropper has deputised between the posts for the last two matches after Martin suffered a hamstring injury.

On-loan QPR forward Jay Emmanuel-Thomas will not be available to Milton Keynes manager Karl Robinson under the terms of the agreement between the two clubs.

Midfielder Carl Baker is nearing a return to first-team action but he will not be ready for the weekend. Defender Matt Upson also remains sidelined with a knee injury.

QPR could be unchanged following last weekend's 2-0 win over Birmingham.

Midfielder Alejandro Faurlin is fit after a thigh injury but was an unused substitute against the Blues.

Tjaronn Chery should keep his place in the starting line-up after marking his recall to the team with the opening goal.

Midfielder Ben Gladwin has returned to Rangers from his loan spell at Bristol City after suffering a knee injury.
