Doncaster will include new loan signing Riccardo Calder in their squad for the home game against Shrewsbury.
Aston Villa midfielder Calder, 20, joined on loan until the end of the season on Thursday and could make his debut for the club.
Richard Chaplow will sit out a one-game ban following his dismissal for two yellow cards in the midweek defeat at Swindon and fellow midfielder Paul Keegan will be assessed after missing out in midweek due to a dead leg.
James Coppinger will also be monitored as he nurses an ankle problem while forward Dany N'Guessan (toe) is still out.
Sullay Kaikai could be available for Shrewsbury after rejoining on loan from Crystal Palace.
The winger had a tight hamstring which made him miss Tuesday's 2-0 win over Rochdale but should be in Micky Mellon's squad for the trip.
On-loan Sheffield United midfielder James Wallace is doubtful with a knee injury which has kept him out for a month.
Jermaine Grandison will be assessed after sitting out the midweek win with a hip problem.
