Crawley Town vs Newport County - Paul Jones sticks with Crawley and can face Newport

Posted Tuesday, March 01, 2016 by PA

Paul Jones will be available for Crawley's match against Newport on Tuesday evening after agreeing a month-long extension of his loan from Portsmouth.

Manager Mark Yates will also be able to call on Bristol Rovers loanee Jake Gosling, who missed Saturday's 2-0 loss to Leyton Orient while he awaited international clearance.

Joe McNerney (knee), Tom Dallison (broken toe) and Jimmy Smith (foot) are on the sidelines, but Alex Rodman (groin) could return.

Simon Walton serves the final match of his suspension.

Oliver Gosling should be available for Newport after receiving international clearance.

Permission did not arrive in time for Saturday's win over Mansfield following his move from Bristol Rovers.

Alex Rodman could also be in line to feature after battling against a groin strain.

Warren Feeney's Exiles are unbeaten in four Sky Bet League Two games.
