Forfar Athletic vs Albion Rovers FC - Loons wait on two players ahead of Albion test

Forfar will be without Michael Travis against Albion Rovers while Michael Dunlop and Iain Campbell are doubts.

Defender Travis has a knee injury with Dunlop and Campbell required to pass fitness tests on knocks before they can be considered for action.

The second bottom Loons have been boosted by their first win in over five months when they defeated Cowdenbeath in midweek and manager Gary Bollan said: "We know that we could now move up a place if we win this game and other results go in our favour.

"Albion have done really well, and deserve a great deal of credit for the season they have had so far, but we are hoping that our win on Tuesday is a turning point."

Rovers wait only on Paul Willis, who is struggling with a groin injury, as they look to keep up their play-off push.

Player/manager Darren Young said: "We put in a very good performance to defeat Brechin 4-1 in midweek. It was a good team effort and it was good to see us starting to take some of the chances that we created.

"We know that we will need something similar against Forfar to pick up the win especially as both teams will be feeling confident after their midweek wins. Andy Ryan and Steven Craig are in good goalscoring form for them and will need to be watched carefully."
